Why I like Summer Getaway Sweepstakes & Plan Summer Staycations

Who doesn’t love Summer Getaways let alone the chance to win a Summer Getaway or a Holiday Getaway? 

Recently, I came across the opportunity to win a free vacation that caught my eye.  I love to vacation in exotic, island locations so I was ready to sign up and try my luck. I will share all the details below to tell you how you can enter too.

It’s a great opportunity to win a Summer Getaway, especially for anyone who feels burn-out. We all deserve to take a break from our busy lives. Whether you are off to school or work or juggling all the duties of being a social media influencer or a stay-at-home mom or dad holding down the fort, we should never forget to make time for self-care in the Summertime and all year round. I confess that I never hesitate to take my chances to win any offers that will benefit my self-care and well-being. 

The Summer Getaway Sweepstakes is being offered by a major, affordable, cost-friendly American airline-Frontier Airlines. I saw that the deadline to enter is July 2nd. So if you like Summer Getaways, take a chance like me.

Don’t we all wish we could win. 

If you live in an upscale neighborhood and live a celebrity lifestyle, you can certainly plan an extra special Staycation to bring all the family together right there at home. All you have to do is create a Resort atmosphere using the theme of a Getaway destination like Hawaii with Hawaiian leis to adorn the necks of all your guests. You can simply have all the food catered by your favorite, local, exotic restaurant or catering business.

Tropical drinks at your poolside bar are a must for everyone. Provide your guests with a wide range of options when it comes to drinks like non-alcoholic in addition to alcohol. For example, Blue Hawaiian, Pina Colada, Rum Punch, and more. 

As long as you keep everyone cool by the pool with their favorite drink in their hands, your guests will be happy and your Staycation will feel like you are at a resort. 

 

Always be responsible hosts. Safety is always a top priority especially if you have children enjoying the pool then hiring a trained Lifeguard should not be overlooked. Plus having a designated driver for any of your adult guests to get home should be a non-negotiable when it comes to serving drinks to your guests. 

To plan a more budget-friendly staycation for a more modest backyard space. You can still offer your guests Hawaiian-themed funfilled staycations with leis that don’t break the bank because you can buy leis in your local dollar store. 

So if you are like most other people who are living on a tight budget and you are looking for a low-cost, Budget-friendly, and Travel-friendly Getaway and you don’t win an amazing Getaway Sweepstakes with round-trip airfare to your dream destination, you may have to be creative and plan a simpler Summer Staycation.

If you have a basic above-ground pool in your backyard, be prepared to work it like it’s hot and add some colorful inflatables with colors that are meaningful to you and your family and make your Staycation reflect your story, your culture, and who you really are. When it comes to inflatables don’t forget to select colors you know are your kid’s favorite colors. 

It is important to make the most of your backyard space for your staycation. The colors you choose can symbolize differently-abled people with disabilities and organizations that benefit families like you such as Special Olympics. Differently-abled families may choose to fly a Special Olympics flag at your Staycation water sports events. 

 LGBTQ families may choose to fly a Pride flag or set up water activities that reflect the colors of the Pride Flag.

I always make the most of my backyard space.  I get my family and friends involved to help me set up water slides that look like we are at a water park. I will use sprinklers if I don’t have time to set up the water slide. If I get other family members and friends to contribute to my Staycation Budget, I will even go as far as having a Dunk Tank for fun-filled water contests and sports. This is fun not only for the kids but the whole family.  I like to have something for everyone.  

Best of all it also becomes a pet-friendly staycation when I see the the pets enjoying the sprinklers too.
