How I shop April Fools like it’s April Tools Day
From Lipstick to Confetti, we all want to give the people we care about in life thoughtful fun-filled gifts with items that are customized just for them. Whether we plan to surprise someone in our life with an April Fool’s gimmick or give them a sweet Easter Basket surprise, these memorable moments are certainly worth it. Yet, some of us may find that it is not always easy to find the coolest gifts for our friends and family with disabilities but here is what we like to do.
Here are some quick tools and tips we found helpful. One must-have fun-filled item on our shopping list for April Fool’s is a Confetti Cannon Popper. For us, it provokes just enough harmless humor with a colorful pop of shock and awe for our unsuspecting friends and family. We like to release it in the privacy of our home when no one expects it. We found this fun gadget online available at a variety of places from stores like Party City to Amazon.

One other item that we consider a must-have is to have the right lipstick or lip balm on your lips so that you can always flash the best smile and classic look on your face when you are suddenly surprised on April Fools. Plus if  someone snaps your photo at the moment when you get surprised with an Easter Basket gift, you’ll want to look your best. Â
Something as simple as lipstick may especially be important for young women but also for anyone of any gender with disabilities who experience difficulty placing lipstick or lip balm on their own lips.Â
We discovered that  L’Oréal has designed a smart technology lipstick applicator for people with limited hand or arm mobility issues. This is a game changer with make-up application for people with disabilities. It boasts ergonomic motion at 360 degrees. Simply visit the L’Oréal website and look for the Hapta make-up applicator. One thing is for sure people with disabilities should never feel excluded in the cosmetic aisle in stores where they shop whether they shop in-person or online. When it comes to make-up, here at the Lookability club, we have made up our mind that make-up should be an inclusive business that can be utilized by people of all abilities. It goes without say that we are always on the look out for life-changing tools like these.
