How I do Inclusive “That Girl” Styles Like An Olympic Star
I like to rock what I refer to as an inclusive “That Girl” lifestyle in everything I do from fitness to fashion and wellness and more. I think the “That Girl” Factor tells you and the world that you are “All That” and certainly boosts your sense of self-empowerment, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-awareness and so much more. We can manifest the power of being “That Girl” whether indoors or outdoors, going about our daily routine, doing a wellness workout, or anything else on our agenda.

Don’t we all need to look at our daily fitness routines and decide how to tweak them to yield the best benefits? Wouldn’t it be helpful for us to see how we can best become like “That Girl” no matter what inclusive platform we represent?
It’s this “That Girl” factor that successful stars like the Olympic stars we love to watch display, especially during their best performance.
If you are not one hundred percent sure about what “That Girl” really means, then I have done the homework. When I took a look on UrbanDictionary.com, here is what it said.
“That Girl” is a girl (or any gender) that gets up at 5am, meditates, drinks smoothies, has showers every day, journaling, eating only healthy food, goes to the gym every day, and is successful in many ways.” It also says – ” This stereotype is typically on TikTok and films morning or night routines.”Â
I like to think of my “That Girl” factor as inclusive, diverse, versatile, and never strictly falling into any specific definition or category of any box or closet that anyone ever attempts to place me in.Â
When I look at USA Olympic Star, Simone Biles, it makes me think of what it means to be “That Girl” Â but it also comes alive in teammate Jordan Chiles known for her Beyonce-style floor routines at the Olympics who has become unapologetic about letting the world know that she is “That Girl”.Â
The 2024 Women’s Gymnastics Olympic team would make a great billboard for diversity and inclusivity. They show us their “That Girl” factor every time they take the floor.Â
There are even more examples of this “That Girl” factor in other amazing Olympians. As televised on NBC, here is a photo showing the USA Women’s Gymnastics team celebrating their Gold medal win. I will add this to an Olympic Inspirational Journal I keep.

It is so exceptional to see all the obstacles that other USA Olympic Stars like Suni Lee had to overcome with the powerful perseverance she has inside of her. I think she certainly can be defined as  “That Girl”.Â
It is truly inspirational when we see what she has had to overcome such as health issues like kidney disease; yet she showed the world her ability to medal with Simone Biles and her fellow teammates at the Paris Olympics for Gold after a lot of determination and hard work.

Let’s not overlook the sensational performance of the USA Men’s Olympic team who won  Bronze medals. Remember, the “That Girl” factor can be rocked by any gender or person no matter what platform you represent. I cannot stress enough whether you are a typical person, differently-abled or LGBTQ never be shy to rock your “That Girl” factor.
They are a dynamic example of a team that could be a billboard for diversity and inclusivity with teammates like Asher Hong, Frederick Richard, and others.
The USA Men’s Olympic team showed the world they have the “It Factor” but the “That Girl” factor as well even for those on the team who may be viewed as a cool nerd..Â
In fact, one of their team members, Stephen Nedoroscik is being compared to Clark Kent from Superman and a meme of him has gone viral.Â
I like to channel the optimism, perseverance, and positivity of the women’s and men’s USA Gymnastics team into my own life.

We can all begin to discover and manifest our amazing “That Girl” talent and style that is individualized to who we are and who we are born to be.Â
If I look at other amazing Olympic stars outside of the United States like Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade, Â I see the “That Girl” factor in her too.
All these amazing Olympic Stars are so inspirational, they make me want to discover the “That Girl” factor inside of myself and encourage everyone else to discover it too.Â
If we were keeping it real then more likely than not, most of us would agree that there is always room for improvement when it comes down to accountability and sticking the landing for an amazing life with an amazing fitness plan with achievable goals and an inclusive fashion plan on how best to style ourselves for fitness or anything else personal or professional.Â
I like to mix things up and keep my inclusive fitness, fashion, and style constantly changing to keep up with the changes in my life whether it’s related to changes in my weekly schedule, social activities, Â family responsibilities, personal or professional responsibilities, or anything else.
It’s a process that is always fluid and never stagnant. It’s always changing and developing into something new.

It’s best to keep your inclusive fitness routine, gear, fashion, and style creative and individualized for you. Â That’s what I like to do.Â
For example, when I style myself to go hiking or rock climbing as part of my fitness routine, I dress like I am “That Girl”. Â I wear sensory-friendly fabrics and shorts with easy-to-use magnetic or velcro closures, which makes it easy to get dressed whether you are typical, differently-abled, or a member of the LGBTQ community.Â
As for healthy meals that I enjoy incorporating into my inclusive, individualized  “That Girl” Lifestyle, I love to make veggie sandwiches using healthy options like whole wheat bread instead of white bread with veggies like fresh lettuce, avocadoes, spinach, cucumbers, and tomatoes, This way even my meals are made in my own healthy way and style with the veggies and foods I like. Gluten-free bread can also be used for anyone with medical conditions that require a gluten-free diet..
If I don’t have time to sit for a  sandwich, I prepare a cool, veggie Smoothie with veggies like spinach, broccoli, and avocadoes and combine them with a selection of fruit such as bananas, frozen mangos, or pineapple.

I blend all ingredients in a blender with healthy milk options such as low-fat, Soy, or Almond milk. It makes a great quick healthy Smoothie-style on-the-go meal. I simply pour it into a thermos that keeps it cold on hot days with high temperatures.Â

No matter what, you know yourself best. Don’t let anyone else tell you who you are.
You are the only one who is truly an expert on your life. You know what’s best whether you are working on your wellness workout or your wardrobe. You know your best inclusive lifestyle and the way you want to dress. Plus you know how you want to present yourself to the world as “That Girl.”Â
Of course, it never hurts to ask for a little help, if needed, from trusted friends and family or a caregiver if you are differently-abled.

Wearing inclusive fashion representative of your country or culture is one way to bring fashionable styles to your wellness workouts.Â
We can make the process even more exciting by incorporating a variety of spontaneous inclusive fashions we love in our wellness workouts inspired by the  Olympic Stars we love.Â
For example, when the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) Athlete in Women’s Gymnastics, Simone Biles won her second Olympic All-Around Gold Medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, she not only wore her gold medal around her neck but showed off a Stirling Silver- style Goat necklace that she spontaneously decided to wear and symbolize her status of being the- Greatest of All Time.Â
Fashionable jewelry is always a nice touch to bring your inclusive style to like.
When it comes to my own “That Girl”, I may not be able to do any amazing flips or tricks on the balance beam as an Olympian but even if I am only doing stretches on the floor, who says I cannot individualize everything from my wellness workouts, outfits and nutritional meal plans and more.Â
Let’s all be bold enough to discover “That Girl” inside of us and go ahead and manifest that style in our lives in every way we can.
