HOW I SCHEDULE MY WORKOUTS WITH TOP WWE WRESTLERS
Even if you do not live near a WWE Training Facility with high hopes of connecting as a loyal fan to one of your favorite WWE wrestlers for a workout, thanks to technology which has proven very helpful to all of us  during the stay-at-home orders and quarantines of Covid-19, our Brand Ambassador, JamesRoy has been able to use technology to train with his favorite WWE wrestlers all from the comfort of his home.
How He Motivates himself to WorkoutÂ
Despite the fact that we have been dealing with an unprecedented situation with schools closed, gyms closed, and lock downs and social distancing advisories related to Covid-19 pandemic, he is determined to do what he wants with his workouts and is always finding ways to motivate himself when it comes to his workouts. There are days when he feels out of sorts like if Covid-19 has taken a toll on him because in dealing with the social and emotional impact of Covid-19 and juggling remote learning work and a regular workout schedule and dealing with temptations to relax in a cozy chair in front of the TV or computer and ignore any signs of a quarantine 15 of any extra pounds.Â
Yet, throughout it all he has always found motivational ways to push forward using various fitness videos to motivate himself. Â He loves a wide array of Fitness Celebs. Sometimes you will find him working out to videos by Top WWE Female Wrestlers, like Becky Lynch who has done several workout fitness videos for the School of Strength with the Special Olympics.
Other times you will find him working out to videos by some of his other favorite wrestlers ranging from Dwayne Johnson to John Cena. Â Below, JamesRoy shares his favorite motivational music for working out in the following video he truly loves featuring Dwayne Johnson. Our Brand Ambassador tries to get in at least 3 work out sessions a week even if he has to squeeze them in while juggling his remote learning work and says it’s important to keep a positive mindset about your workouts even if some days you do not get to accomplish everything you wanted to accomplish in your work out. According to the CDC it is recommended that we get 150 minutes of exercise weekly. He plans to break this down to get in 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. So whether it is toning up with lifting weights or working on the core, he plans to set fitness goals every week.Â

Â
In addition to Dwayne Johnson, another celeb whose energy is contagious when it comes to finding motivation to workout is Becky Lynch. We asked our Brand Ambassador if he were to ever meet Becky Lynch in person, what questions would he like to ask.
Here is what he said, Â sometimes I do wonder, if Becky Lynch is strong enough to lift up a wrestler like Triple H. and drop him through a table like the time when Ronda Rousey dropped Triple H. through a table for the whole world to see. I even wonder if Becky Lynch or Ronda Rousey is strong enough to drop a wrestler as strong as Dwayne Johnson or John Cena through a table or if they will have to do it together.
He smiles and begins to share some of the workouts he likes to do. He says the workouts can be completed by any typical person but if you have anyone in your family or know anyone  with special needs then these weekly Workout videos are absolutely worth doing.Â
It’s recommended that it’s always a good idea to speak with your doctor to ensure that these exercises are safe for you to do depending on your health and fitness level or any underlying conditions or special needs.Â
He recommends googled workouts for athletes you admire like Top WWE Wrestlers along with workouts for Olympic or Special Olympic athletes for motivation. So. get ready to get your workouts in and begin maintaining a regular routine. Be sure to come back every day or at least 3 times a week to continue these workout videos.Â
Finally, our Brand Ambassador’s overall fitness feedback is that he loves doing power push-ups and doing super squats superman style which he calls super style squats. Overall, he has given these remote workouts a thumbs up!
