Fashion is like art, we can create whatever look we want. Whenever there are holidays like the 4th of July I love to wear inclusive fashion with the flair and style of fireworks. This includes fashionable make-up as well as fashionable clothing.

I will either sketch what I want to look like in my mind or literally make a sketch of my fashionable looks.

I’ve got to have a plan when making a statement for Holidays like the 4th of July otherwise my make-up and clothes will never truly say what I want them to say.

It’s about freedom, independence, and most importantly as I always like to say it’s all about diversity and inclusivity.

I like to surprise myself with different, daring looks and colors that pop.

It makes me feel so good when my makeup pops with powerful colors like purple or red or sometimes subtle colors like softer pink, bronze, or gold just like the fireworks.

My friends and family notice how I feel at my best when I make a positive statement and achieve a make-up look that pops.

For instance, I like to wear  Makeup brands that represent diversity and inclusivity like Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty. It has a wide variety of make-up colors.

To capture the shimmer and shine of the fireworks on my lips, I will use a lip gloss like Fenty Gloss Bomb Lip Luminizer in the Fuchsia Flex color.

The Fenty Gloss Bomb is found on FentyBeauty.com at the following link.

For inclusive clothing, I love to style my clothes to achieve dramatic or subtle looks depending on the Holiday or the occasion.

Almost everyone loves to see the fireworks on the 4th of July. Whether I achieve the fireworks effect by wearing Tye Dye Outfits or just bright colors that capture the essence of fireworks, it’s all good for me as long as it symbolizes diversity and inclusivity.

Another fashion brand that does it for me is Du Jour Gucci. It demonstrates support for diversity and inclusivity so it’s a yes in my closet.

When I wear brands like Gucci I see myself, and my body in a more positive image.

Now I know that it’s not the brand that’s magic, I know I have to foster a positive body image and find my own magic deep inside myself. This way no one can say that I am being superficial.

When I’m seeking a look that captures the beauty of fireworks, it must also be affordable. So if I am not feeling the price, I will look for what I want on sustainable fashion websites like Thred up.com for brands like Gucci.  I always look for the “Price Drop Deals”.        I provided the link to the deals I shop for below.

Sometimes I capture a look with a Gucci carré-styled silk scarf around my neck.

For example, the black and red floral Gucci Print Silk Carré below may look like flowers to the average shopper but I see beautiful floral fireworks.

Yes, I see the majestic beauty of the 4th of July Fireworks.

It goes nicely with my white Summer shorts or slacks and I can wear it with almost any bright-colored top inside my closet. When I make an outfit work, it’s not long before one of my friends will ask me to style their look for them too.
